Automated QR 7 Phone Call Reminders

Forget to turn in your QR 7?
If you are receiving CalWORKs, you are responsible for submitting your Quarterly Income Report (QR 7) every three months by the 11th of that month. Please note that your payments will be delayed and they may be terminated if we do receive your QR 7 on time.

Starting December 2011, if we have not received your QR 7 you may receive an automated phone call to remind you to turn in your QR 7 in addition to the Notice of Action that will be mailed to you. Click HERE for the reference card to guide you through the automated call.
