Strategic Plan

The Social Services Agency 1999-2004 Strategic Plan lays out four Key Strategic Initiatives -- the blueprint for how the Agency will implement the plan. The four initiatives focus on enhancing systems to ensure service delivery that affords better outcomes and results for individuals, families and communities.

The Key Initiatives are the focus of this report. They establish the parameters within which senior management reviews major functions and activities, and advances new programs and practices.
