Program Description: Alzheimer's Services of the East Bay is a non-profit organization which provides programs for those affected by early-to- late stage Alzheimer's disease and other dementia; support and counseling for caregivers; training for service providers; and education, information and referral to community resources. It will arrange for limited respite care in the home of elders.
