Advisory Commission on Aging
The Advisory Commission on Aging (ACA) is made up of representatives concerned
about the needs and interests of elders in Alameda Co. The Alameda County Board
of Supervisors (BOS) appoints the Commission members. The Conference of Mayors,
BOS and the ACA, work in concert with the staff of the Area Agency on Aging
(AAA) to develop, plan, and administer, programs designed to assist
elders and their caregivers in the county.
