Director

Yolanda Baldovinos is the Interim Director of the Alameda County Social Service Agency (ACSSA), which oversees the provision of human service programs in the sixth largest County in California.

Sylvia A. Soublet, Public Information Officer, develops, prepares and coordinates distribution of news releases, public information, publications and interviews regarding Agency services, budget information and relevant County issues to enhance public understanding. The Public Information Officer responds to print and broadcast media, arranges for news stories, and photography session. Special efforts are made to enhance citizen awareness and understanding of County services, programs and policies
