Recruitment, Training and Support of Resource Families

As part of Alameda County's Department of Children and Family Services Family to Family core strategies, we have developed the Recruitment, Training and Support (RTS) workgroup for resource families.  The workgroup is charged with finding and maintaining foster and kinship families who can support children and families in their own neighborhoods.

The Recruitment, Training and Support workgroup meets every second and fourth Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.  To learn more about the workgroup or how you can get involved, contact co-chairs Dora Fisher at (510) 780-8939 or Faith Battlesat (510) 780-8942.
